Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Delivered orders are expected within 7-12 business days from shipment.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to these conditions:

Products must be unused and unaltered;
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless BruMate delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Before returning merchandise, please contact BruMate support at zeyeftobias@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization.

Refunds will be issued solely to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after BruMate receives and inspects the returned goods.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours following order placement. After this period, your order may already be in process, and cancellation may not be possible.
