Order Processing Time

BruMate processes most orders within 1-3 business days after we confirm your payment. Please note that during major holidays or special promotional sales, processing may take longer than usual.

Shipping Duration

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes between 7 and 12 business days within the United States. Total time from purchase to delivery may extend up to 14 days due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your order and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Tracking Your Shipment

After shipping, we will send you tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress. Please allow some time for tracking details to populate in carrier systems.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Orders canceled after this window may not be eligible for cancellation.
